The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria hosted their Annual opening Management Strategy Retreat on Thursday, Feb 16th and Friday, 17th. The strategy workshop which took place in Kano was tagged:
“REPOSITIONING FOR EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE IN A CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT (AVIATION SECTOR) ”
Consultants from Kainos Edge led by Dr. Doyin Salami took on the team on the 2 days Management strategy retreat focusing on the key elements and actions the agency can undertake to navigate its road in a challenging economic environment in the Aviation sector in 2023.
The session had in attendance the MD/CEO FAAN, Capt Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu, and other top officials of the agency.
